The brief
A high-traffic legacy ERP used by thousands of students. The information architecture was sound but the interface fought the user. We rebuilt the student-facing modules without touching the backend.
Complete visual and UX overhaul of the legacy IIT Kharagpur Enterprise Resource Planning portal. Redesigns student login, CDC placement, accommodation modules and grading dashboards.
What we built
- Four modules redesigned. Student login, CDC placement, accommodation and grading dashboards rebuilt on a single component system.
- Legacy-safe architecture. Frontend overhaul only — existing ERP services and auth untouched.
- Density without fatigue. Data-heavy screens restructured so a student can find what they need in one scroll.
