1. Acceptance of Architecture
By accessing or utilizing the Hustle House platform and scoping engine, you agree to be bound by these operational Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the elite standards and parameters set forth, do not engage our services.
2. Operational Services
Hustle House acts as a highly curated marketplace connecting enterprise clients with vetted student talent from IIT Kharagpur. We facilitate the project scoping, contract initialization, and QA oversight, ensuring you get direct access to top-tier developers without agency bloat.
3. Financial Protocols
Payment tranches and milestones will be explicitly outlined during the Hustle Proposal phase. Clients agree to process all milestone payments promptly as technical deliverables are executed and verified.
4. Intellectual Property Transfer
We build systems for you to own. Upon full clearing of the final invoice, 100% of the intellectual property, source code, and deployment architecture is transferred completely to the client, zero strings attached.
5. Execution Liability
Hustle House provides the QA framework, but we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from third-party API failures, unforeseen market shifts, or misuse of the deployed architectures.
